Hi again! I recently made this salad with a bunch of basil instead of the parsely and it tasted even better!

Delicous, healthy and a real hit when I take this to parties! Enzymatic Salad has now become a staple in our household!  Interesting to read comment about intensity of red onion. I always use a whole smallish sized red onion and haven't personally found this overwhelming or sharp in taste, though I ensure the onion is finely chopped and well mixed. ....I also like this salad made with toasted pine nuts instead of sesame, as a variation.

Do not add a whole red onion. Misread the recipe, took a mouthful, and now I'm paying the price...

I sound like a masterchef judge but... The flavours balance so well. It's a great tasting salad. Thank you!

Quick and easy to make, I served it with baby spinach and crumbled feta, I would make again.  tmrc_emoticons.)

tmrc_emoticons.) great recipe! I added 60g of chopped cashew nuts with the sesame seeds as well as a couple of handfuls of mixed lettuce. It had the perfect balance of flavours and textures.
