Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

I made this last night and it was yum, thanks.
Delicious Had this tonight using Skinnymixer laksa paste from the freezer and rice noodles and served with stir fried veges. Plenty of leftovers which I will combine with a tin of coconut milk.......can't wait
So good! I used coconut cream in place of the water and rice noodle instead of the hokkien and it was so good! I used the Valcom brand paste.
I can't believe how ridiculously quick and simple this dish was to make. I'm a huge fan! Thanks for sharing this awesome recipe Tan
This was a lovely quick meal (I already had the laksa paste in the freezer). I used left over roast chicken and some frozen tofu and some snow peas. My younger kids needed a bit of coconut cream added to make it less spicy for them, but I loved it as is. Thank you, it's great to have another simple dinner to make!
YUM!!! Was nice to have something different, hubby even liked it and he is so hard to please!
