- 200 grams sultanas
- 200 grams Apricots (dried)
- 200 grams dates, pitted
- 50 grams coconut dessicated
- 50 grams sesame seeds
Granola
- 300 grams rolled oats
- 100 grams Maple syrup
- 100 grams pumpkin seeds
- 100 grams sunflower seeds
- 200 grams Almonds Whole
- 200 grams macadamia nuts
- 2 level teaspoons cinnamon
Extra
- 170 grams rice puffs wholemeal

Line a large biscuit tray with grease proof paper
1. Place dried apricots in TM mixing bowl and chop speed 5 to 6 for 2 to 3 seconds. Remove and set aside in large bowl.
2. Place dates in TM mixing bowl and chop speed 5 to 6 for 2 to 3 seconds. Add to apricots large bowl.
3. Add desicated coconut and sesame seeds to apricots and dates and rub into mixture.
Preheat oven to 200 C

Tip
Use any dried fruit or nuts.
Makes 2 kg.
Use any dried cereal instead of rice puffs.
