Loved it with extra chilli powder, cooked for an extra 5 mins

Yum!! Omitted the lentils and substituted kidney beans for chick peas. Added an extra 5 mins cooking time. Bit of sour cream and fresh coriander on top. Will be adding to my favourites. Thank you!

Was delicious! I swapped lentils for corn (as I had no lentils) and also cooked a bit longer for the sweet potato. ( for us, dished by itself made 3 adult size servings at 397 cals/ serve). Thanks very much!

Had to cook the potatoes for 35minutes but loved the dish.  I am going to make vegetarian burritos with the leftovers tmrc_emoticons.)

That was very yum and my incredibly fussy toddler gobbled it up! I did have to cook for half an hour and added water. I probably didnt cut the kumera up small enough. Thanks was awesome  tmrc_emoticons.)
