Ingredients
Pasta
- 400 grams Dried Pasta
- 1.2 litre water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
Sauce
- 500 grams chicken
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 carrots, roughly chopped
- 1 onion, chopped in half
- 20 grams olive oil
- 2 tbsp thickened cream
- 1 tbsp veggie stock paste
- 100 grams cream cheese
- 100 grams white wine

Place water, oil and salt into TM bowl and bring to the boil 8-10 min/100C/reverse/speed1
Once boiling, add pasta and cook 10min/100C/reverse/spoon speed with MC removed and TM basket on top
Drain and put hot pasta in thermo server
Cut chicken into desired pieces and set aside for later
Add garlic, carrot and onion to TM bowl, chop 5sec/speed 7
Add oil and saute, varoma/3min/reverse/speed 1
Add the rest of the ingredients , varoma/8min/reverse/speed 1, whislt this is cooking steam chicken pieces in varoma
When finished, add sauce to pasta in thermo server and serve hot
