- 1 stick Celery
- 50 grams olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red chilli

Peel & prepare vegetables, roughly chop. Add capsicum, celery, parsley, carrot, onion, garlic, chilli, paprika & olive oil into Thermomix.
Insert measuirng cup on lid.

Scrape down the sides
Insert measuirng cup on lid.
7 mins 120deg Speed 1
Add tomatos, tomato paste, bay leaf, Bragg, basil& pepper.
Insert measuirng cup on lid.
20 mins 100deg Speed2
