- 50 grams flour
- 30 grams Butter
- half tsp salt
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
Vegies
- 4 portions Frozen Mixed Vegies
Meat and Pasta
- 4 portions spaghetti, rice can be used
- 4 portions Prawns, shelled and cooked
- 1200 grams water, boiling
Optional Toppings
- 1 dash lemon juice
- A Few sprigs parsley

Make Bechamel Sauce from Everyday Cookbook.
Pour into warming dish.
Put the vegies in the Varoma Dish.
Place spaghetti in the TM basket.
Fill TM bowl with water.
Cook for 8-10 minutes at Varoma on reverse+speed soft.
Stir-fry in wok with oil until slightly golden.
Plate up by pouring sauce over meat mixture.
Garnish with parsley and lemon juice.
