1. Put 2 litres of water on to boil.
2. once boiled place spaghetti on to boil and follow the packet directions regarding cooking time.
1. place garlic in thermomix bowl and chop 5 sec / speed 7.
2. add olive oil to bowl and cook 2 min/ "Gentle stir setting" / 90 degrees.
3. add white wine and cook again 3 min / "Gentle stir setting" / 100 degrees
4. add thickened cream and tomato paste in bowl mix for 1o sec / speed 4 than cook for 8 min / "Gentle stir setting" / 100 degrees.
5. add sliced spring onions and smoked salmon and conintue to cook "Counter-clockwise operation" / 5 min / "Gentle stir setting" / 100 degrees.
6. once sauce and spaghetti cooked, strain spaghetti through varoma tary and place in thermoserver or bowl.
7. add sauce to spaghetti and allow to satnd for 5 minutes prior to serving. this allows the spaghetti to absorb some of the sauce, resulting in the spaghetti sauce not being too runny.

Tip
it is important to follow the packet directions of the spaghetti so you do not over cook the pasta.
and also important to allow this dish to rest so that the sauce absorbs into the spaghetti.
