Ingredients
- 50 grams parmesan
- 3 slices bread
- bunch parsley, fresh
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 50 grams oil, reserved from anchovies
- 45 grams anchovies
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1200 grams Boiling water
- salt to taste
- 500 grams dried spaghetti

Add parmesan to TM bowl and grate – speed 10, 10 seconds. Set aside
Add bread to TM bowl and blitz into breadcrumbs – speed 10, 5 seconds. Set aside
Add parsley to TM bowl and chop – speed 7, 5 seconds. Set aside with breadcrumbs
Add garlic to TM bowl and chop – speed 7, 5 – 10 seconds
Add oil to TM bowl and sauté garlic – 100°C, speed 1, 2 minutes
Add anchovies to TM bowl and chop - speed 5, 3 seconds
Sauté - 100°C, speed 1, 1.5 minutes
Return breadcrumbs & parsley to TM bowl, along with lemon juice and mix – speed 2, 10 seconds
Set anchovy mixture aside in 2.2L Thermoserver
Without cleaning the TM Bowl, add boiling water and salt and set - 100°C, speed 1, REVERSE, 10 minutes
With blades turning, thread spaghetti through hole in the lid. Cooking time will vary depending on type of pasta – refer to packet
When cooked, drain, reserving some of the liquid
Tip spaghetti into the Thermoserver & mix with the anchovy mixture, adding some of the pasta liquid and a dash of olive oil if desired
Serve and sprinkle with parmesan
Tip
You can use cold water instead of boiling, but this will increase the time: Add 1200g water & salt to TM bowl and cook for 14 minutes at 100 degrees on speed 1, before adding the spaghetti
