- 1 Capsicum, (roughly chopped)
- 1 onion, (quartered)
- 425 g can condensed tomato soup
- 200 g Milk
- 250 g Macaroni Pasta, (uncooked)

1. Cut cheese into cubes and grate 10 sec/ speed 9. Set aside. Clean bowl.
2. Saute bacon with 20g olive oil 3 min/ Varoma/ speed 1. Set aside.
OR
2. Fry bacon on stove until crispy during Step 4/5 (preferred).
3. Place onion and capsicum into bowl and chop 3 sec/ speed 4. Scrape down sides of bowl. Add 20g olive oil and saute 3 min/ Varoma/ speed 1.
4. Add tomato soup and milk and cook 2 min/100 degrees/ speed 1.
5. Add macaroni and cook 8 min/ 100 degrees/ "Counter-clockwise operation" / "Gentle stir setting" .
6. Pour into thermoserver and stir through reserved cheese and bacon until cheese has melted.
Tip
I loved this as a child and now my children love it too. Can be transferred to a baking dish, topped with grated cheese and baked 20 mins, 200 degrees to make a pasta bake.

Quick and easy, easy to add extra veg if you wish. Thickened up nice too and for my sensory lover she loved the texture but will def make this a favourite dish in our house. Another dish to have frozen away for when time gets away from me.
I added zuchinni and spinach in step 3 to hide some veg. Was delish and fussy master 2 gobbled it up! A def hit in our house
