I'm cooking this today

Recipe's preparation

    PASTA
  1. On stove top. Cook Pasta in 500ml vegetable stock or 1 tbls concentrated stock with 500 ml water PLUS extra 500ml water, until el dente.

Whilst pasta is cooking on your stove top you can use Thermomix to prepare the rest of the recipe. (unless you are lucky enough to have TWO thermomixes - in which case you can cook Pasta in that)

    Set aside.

  2.

    PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 180 DEGREES

  3. FRESH VEGETABLES
  4. Chop onion and garlic 3 sec  Sp 7 Scrape down sides

Add oil, parsley and diced vegetables.

Cook 7 minutes 100 degrees Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" Sp 2 (so as to not mince up vegetables)

Remove from bowl - add frozen peas and corn to the cooked vegetables and set aside.

  5. SAUCE
  6. Add butter, milk, flour and 71 tblsp concentrated vegetable stock.

    Cook 7 mins 90 degrees Sp 4.

Add 70gms grated cheese and tuna, pepper to taste.

Cook 4 mins 90 degrees Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" Sp 2 (I prefer to have chunkier pieces of tuna, so keep an eye on the consistency)

  7. COMBINE
  8. Gently fold Pasta through vegetable mix.

Then gently fold through Tuna-Sauce mix through Veg-Pasta mix.

  9. BAKE
  10. Pour Veg-Pasta/Tuna-Sauce into an oven proof dish and top with Cheese and Potato Crisp Mix.

Bake in pre heated oven for 20min or until golden on top.

Tip

When I made this, It was enough for approx 2 litre casserole dish PLUS that much again. So I cooked one batch and Froze the other in smaller containers to have for "quickie" meals. You could reduce the size of pasta/vegetable/tuna if you didnt want to have any to freeze.
