Yellow rice in the rice cooker

  • 1000 g water
  • 1 level tsp salt
  • 1-2 pinches ground turmeric
  • .25 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 20 g Salted butter

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place simmering basket onto mixing bowl lid and weigh rice into it. Wash basmati rice well until water run clear and transfer rice into mixing bowl.
  2. Add water, salt, turmeric and cinnamon into mixing bowl and start rice mode. Place simmering basket on mixing bowl lid.
  3. Transfer into thermoserver or another bowl and add butter stir through and serve warm.
