- 1 can artichokes, drained
- 200 grams Paul Newmans Whole Egg Mayo
- 125 grams Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 --- lemon, Juice of half a lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Place the parmesan cheese in the thermomix - speed 9 - 10 seconds - or until you are happy with the consitancy - I like it really fine.
2. Place garlic into the thermomix - speed 9 - 5 seconds
3. Add in the drained artichokes. Pulse 2 or 3 times - or until you are happpy with the consitancy
4. Add in the mayo, lemon juice and chilli. "Gentle stir setting" for 10 seconds.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 20 - 30 mins or until golden.
Recipe Steps
Tip
Eat with freshly made bread from the thermy or put the dip into a muffin tray with wonton wrappers or pita bread. Its delicious however you want to eat it. Even with just a spoon!
