  • 1 can artichokes, drained
  • 200 grams Paul Newmans Whole Egg Mayo
  • 125 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 --- lemon, Juice of half a lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes

Recipe's preparation

    Recipe Steps
  1. 1. Place the parmesan cheese in the thermomix - speed 9 - 10 seconds - or until you are happy with the consitancy - I like it really fine.

    2. Place garlic into the thermomix - speed 9 - 5 seconds

    3. Add in the drained artichokes. Pulse 2 or 3 times - or until you are happpy with the consitancy

    4. Add in the mayo, lemon juice and chilli. Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"  for 10 seconds.

    Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 20 - 30 mins or until golden. 

     

     

     

     

Tip

Eat with freshly made bread from the thermy or put the dip into a muffin tray with wonton wrappers or pita bread. Its delicious however you want to eat it. Even with just a spoon!

This recipe was given to me by a friend - it's a 'secret' recipe! Hope you enjoy it!It is a work favourite!
