- 60 grams Balsamic Vinegar.
- 50 grams red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp black pepper corns
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar

Place salt, pepper and sugar in bowl 1 min/Speed 9.
Add oil, balsamic vingar, red wine vinegar 10 seconds/Speed 8.
Basic Salad Dressing
Tip
Will keep for three month in fridge. You may notice the dressing will solidify in fridge, just take out half hour before use and shake till it is a creamy looking consistence as shown in picture.

Way too peppery and oily for me. I'll try adding mor balsamic.
This recipe is horrid. The balsamic vinegar is just so overwhelming.

I just made this to have with my salad for lunch - very quick and tasty. Didn't have any Balsamic so used Apple Cider Vinegar. Will buy Balsamic to make the next batch. Thank you for sharing.
Quite nice, it does solidify in the fridge but 10mins on the bench and a good shake brings it right back

This is amazing, will never buy ready made dressing again. I halved 2 garlic cloves and popped into the bottle to infuse. Delicious!
