TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

This is delicious and will a great addition to Christmas hampers.
Does anybody know if this recipe can be doubled successfully in the TM5? I'm looking to make a larger quantity for a bbq next weekend.
Thanks!
Turned out great. Thanks!
My husband said "If I wasn't already married to you, I'd be asking you after tasting that!!" Divine with goats cheese!!
This recipe is great. We serve it with cheese & crackers, quiche, fritatas, goats feta tarts etc. We often get excess onions in our fruit & veg box so this is a great recipe for using them up.
This was recommended to me and is REALLY good.
