Onion and goat cheese scrolls

  • 300 grams bakers flour
  • 50 grams semolina
  • 10 grams Fried shallots
  • 5 grams salt
  • 40 grams olive oil
  • 220 grams water
  • 10 grams dry yeast

  • 200 grams Goats curd

Recipe's preparation

    Dough
  1. Place flour, semolina, fried shallots and salt into bowl 30seconds/ speed 10.
    Then remove from bowl.
    Place water and yeast 1min/37temp/Speed 2
    Add reserved flour mix and Dough mode"Dough mode" for 2 min.
    Once complete place into bread mat to proove till in doubles in size. Preheat oven 180 C
  2. Roll the dough out into a rectangle and cover 3/4 of it with the onion jam and goats curd.
  3. Use the mat to roll it up like a log
  4. Cut the log making 12 scrolls.
    *tip use dental floss for an even cut through your dough.
  5. Place in preheated oven for 25mins. Remove and serve warm or would be nice cold as well.

Tip

There are recipes on the community here you can make your own goats curd. Shop bought is fine too. If you spread the curd more evenly rather then large blobs of the curd its lest likely to overflow in scrolls.
