  • 50 grams Parmesean Cheese, cubed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 grams Roasted Cashews
  • 400g can Beetroot, Drained (reserve about 2 tablespoons of juice)
  • 1/2 med.-large lemon, juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Mince garlic then place Cashews & Parmesen in TM bowl, turbo 2-3 times until fine. Leave in bowl.

    2. Add beetroot to cheese/cashew/garlic and turbo until desired consistencty is achieved & scrape mixture down into the bowl. 

    3. Season with S&P, lemon juice & add reserved juice. Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" until combined.
