- 30 g Butter
- 4 spring onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp Mexican Chilli Powder
- 130 g sour cream
- 120 g Cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon jalapeño chillies drained, more if you would like it hotter
- 3 tablespoon coriander, opt

Grate cubes of cheddar cheese 5 secs speed 7. (if you are using coriander you can chop this at the same time). Set a side.
Add garlic and spring onions chop 5 secs speed 8, add butter and cook for 1 min 100 deg speed 2, after 30 secs add Chilli powder thru hole in the lid.
Add sour cream and cheese mix, cook from 3 mins 80 deg speed 3 or until cheelse has melted. Stir thru chopped jalapend chillies.
Transfer to heat proof bowl top with more coriander if you like and serve with corn chips.
Tip
This dip can be used as a sauce for nachos.
