Delicious Seaford Sauce
- 1 cup of a good quality mayonaise, I did use Aldi Colway
- 1 heaped teaspoon of smokey paprika
- 2 level tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic, peeled
- 3 spring onions, roughly chopped

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- Add garlic and spring onion to the bowl -- chop 5 seconds, speed 5 - scrape down bowl and repeat
Add rest of ingredients and blend together for 5 seconds, speed 4
Place into a bowl and sprinkle with some sliced green tops of the spring onions
Tip
We had this with prawns but it would be fabulous with any seafood and will keep for 3 days in the fridge
