    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

This is my Hubby favourite marmalade. Doesn't look great in the jar, but he loves the zing.

Hi, I have a lime tree but no lemons. Would it be OK just to use the limes by themselves? I do have a few tart oranges not quite ripe at present. Advice? Thank you.

So disappointed that mine turned out runny and very very bitter. Maybe citrus size is a factor????

Have just made this marmalade. I used 2 limes and 4 lemons from my garden and 2 bought oranges. I followed the recipe but chopped fruit for 6 seconds on speed 6 and only 3 seconds on speed 5 as I like it a little chunky. The 500gm of sugar was perfect for a nice zingy taste. It was slightly runny but has firmed to a very nice spreadable consistancy. The taste is divine.

I'm making this for the second time - actually used a mix of oranges and lemons from our tree here in Mallorca! It was a bit runny the first time but I gave all the jars away to friends and neighbours - hence the need to make more! The consensus is it's yummy! Thanks for the recipe!

I tried this recipe today and there were two problems.
    1. It boiled over every time it got to 95°
    2. It did not set

Tastes delicious although it was really runny.
