- 1/3 cup of crunchy peanut butter
- 3 level tablespoons of rice wine
- 1/4 cup of boiling water

- Add all ingredients and cook 4minutes, 90deg, speed 1 MC off
set aside to cool and use as a dipping sauce for cold rolls, or over salads and is great with chicken and most meats, also savoury pancakes
Tip
This will keep in a sterilized jar for at least 2 weeks
