Leek & Bacon Sauce

  • 4 Bacon Rashes or diced
  • 1 leek
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 25 grams olive oil
  • 55 grams white wine
  • 15 grams Dijon mustard
  • 130 grams thickened cream
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Recipe's preparation

    Leek & Bacon Sauce
  1. Add Leek & Garlic to TM bowl & chop 3 Secs/Speed 5, scape down sides of bowl

    Add bacon  - finely chopped by hand or in TM Bowl 1 Secs/Speed 7 depending on how chopped you would like your bacon.

    Add olive oil & saute MC off  2 mins/100 degrees/Speed 1/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"

    Add flour, wine, mustard & cream 4 mins/100 degrees/Speed 2/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"

    Add salt & pepper to taste.

    Serve over Chicken or toss through spaghetti.
