So easy to make and so tasty. Unfortunately my TM6 had a conniption and said the motor was too hot so I had to make it cook at 120 degrees for the second batch.
made this a few times already, did one batch and added a small knob of ginger to the mix. YummO
Tried mango jam for the very first time and it was a great taste sensation. Thank you for your super recipe
Do you think coconut sugar could be used rather than other sugars mentioned?
Made this today and so good I added an extra apple with skin yummy
great recipe, tasted so good, first jar did not last long Have mixed it up a bit and made mango and raspberry using the same quantities, that was great too!
OMG, never made jam before and had some mango's to use up, so glad I found this recipe so easy and absolutely divine flavour and turned out perfectly 10/10
Delicious!I had 120gm strawberries that needed using so smashed them with potato masher to release flavour and sprinkled with a little sugar to macerate a bit while getting rest of ingredients together. Made up to 600gm with the mango. Was quite thick so may reduce cooking time by about 5 mins and give longer f necessary. My father in law has 3 mango trees so very cheap jam for me. Will also try just mango next time.
Thank you for the recipe. I had very ripe mangoes so I liked the fact that you showed less sugar. To be honest I had 1200g mango and 300g sugar. It is still sweet. I reckon this would be terrific in the middle of a jam sandwich cake. ( Victoria Sponge ) I did not cook it in the TM because of the quantity. I have about another 20 mangoes to use up!
