    Parsley Oil
  1. Place the grapeseed oil and parsley (including the stalks) in the Thermomix bowl. Blend for 15 minutes / 50 degrees / speed 10.
  2. Strain the oil through a coffee filter or muslin. Store in the fridge away from light.

Tip

This recipe is from Dani Valent's in the mix 1, Tarragon spaghetti with broccoli pesto and parsley oil recipe.

This parsley oil can also be used to marinate fish or to make mayonaise.
