  • 1/2 Spanish onion
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 Jalepeno Pepper, Cleaned, seeded
  • 6 sprig corriander
  • 20 gram olive oil
  • 30 gram lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint
  • 1 zest of lemon
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayan pepper

Recipe's preparation

    Green Peas are high in vitamin K and loaded with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory benefits they also support blood sugar regulation. By using the peas rather than tradional avocados its much more economical. Beware it has flavor punch..... Enjoy!
  1. Add Garlic Clove and chop for 4 seconds on speed 9

    Add all remaining ingrediants blend on speed 7 until ideal consistancy
