- 400 grams canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 sprig Rosemary (leaves only)
- 1 sprig Thyme, (leaves only)
- 15 grams olive oil
- 15 grams white vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste

Wrap garlic cloves with skins on in aluminium foil and place in the oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes
Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and blend 30 sec / speed 7. Scrape down sides and repeat until smooth or desired consistency. Season well.
