1. Add garlic, parsley, dill, shallots and chop
"Closed lid" 3 sec/speed 7 scrape down sides.2. Add cream cheese, smoked salmon, lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste mix
"Closed lid" 20 sec/speed 4.5, for smoother dip mix further 10 sec/speed 4.5.3. Garnish with fresh parsley or dill over the top & serve.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
