Ingredients

Chutney

  • --- strawberries, sliced, (2 cups)
  • 50 grams lemon juice
  • 50 grams raisins
  • --- raspberry vinegar, Separate Recipe: (1/4 cup)
  • 60 grams brown sugar
  • 30 grams honey

Dip

  • 250 grams Cream Cheese.
  • 50 grams Cheddar cheese grated
  • Crackers or Biscuits

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. In Closed lid"Closed lid" combine the raisins, lemon juice,honey, brown sugar & Raspberry vinegar.

    Mix 10mins/100C/sp1

    Reduce heat to 50C/15mins/sp:Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"

    Blend Strawberries 20secs/sp7. Replace MC with Simmering basket.

    then cook for further 10mins/37C/sp:Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"

    Place thickened mixture into a clean/sterialised jar. Can be stored in the fridge until use.

    TO MAKE DIP:

    In Closed lid"Closed lid" add 1/4 to 1/2 the jar of chutney to 1 block of cream cheese.

    Mix 20sec/sp:4.

    Add the Cheddar Cheese. Mix for 10 secs/sp:4 until all incorpororated

    SERVE:

    with Cracked Pepper water crackers or your favourite crackers.
