Recipe's preparation

  1. Peel, quarter and remove seeds from the apples.

    Cook - Temp: 100, Time: 7 min, Speed: 2

  2. Put garlic and onions in bowl and press turbo 3 times.

Add tomatoes and curry powder and cook - Temp: 100, Time: 10 min, Speed: 2, Reverse

Reduce and cook further - Temp: 50, Time: 45 min, Speed: 2, Reverse

Add sugar, salt, cooked apples and ezy sauce and cook - Temp: 70, Time: 45, Speed: 2, Reverse

If the relish is thin then combine cornflour and enough water to make a thin paste.  Add this to relish and cook - Temp: 70, Time: 3 min, Speed: 2, Reverse

Pour into steralised jars and put the lids on.  Let the relish cool for 24 hours, this will fully develop the taste of the relish and assist in thickening it.
