Ingredients

  • 2 x cans 400g cannellin beans drained
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, coarsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 juice 1 lemon
  • salt and black pepper to taste

To garnish

  • 6 Rosemary sprigs
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • black olives

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place garlic & rosemary into the TM bowl and chop for 5 secs/Speed 7

    Add all other ingredients and mix for up to 1 minute on speed 4 or until desired consistency is achieved.  For a coarser dip, mix for 20/30 seconds.

Strip rosemary leaves from stems before chopping
