Ingredients
To make the dip
- 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 tablespoon salt
Optional
- 1 heaped tablespoons coriander, parsley or spring onions

Pop all your ingredients into the thermomix bowl on speed 7 for 3 seconds. Use the spatula to scrape down the sides and blend a little more for a finer dip.
You can garnish with a touch of coriander, parsley or spring onions.

Tip
Nutritional yeast provides this dip with a cheesy flavour, quite different to the yeast you use in bread. It is a great source of amino acids, minerals and other vitamins and usually fortified with vitamin B12. Great for vegans and vegetarians. Readily available at many health food stores.
