I used frozen mango cubes (slightly defrosted) and 100g sugar.  Very good, a slight tang with the lemon, perfect over mini baked cheesecakes

This may sound like a silly question but what do you eat curd with?

  • 8. December 2013 - 17:52

Yum indeed! I had it on pancakes this morning! I would only keep this in the fridge. Lets say, 3 weeks to be on the safe side.

Do you know the shelf life of this? Can I store it at room temp if bottled correctly?
