Love this - Ate mouthful after mouthful when it was hot! So delicious - I didn't have any oranges or even orange juice, so whisked a teaspoon of home-made orange marmalade in the olive oil before adding when it had cooled. Scrumptious - will definitely make again.
Great recipe, very easy and tasty. I also added a red chilli for a bit of a bite. This will be my new go to salad recipe! Thanks
Very easy to make. Thanks for the recipe.
Great recipe
This was nice, the flavours went really good together. I took this a BBQ and everyone loved it.

This is a great salad, a bit different to the usual salads and so easy! We loved it, thank you for sharing
Exceptional! Less is more when it comes to cutting the cauliflower in the TM bowl, otherwise it will turn out looking like luppy mash potato. I also added another handful of chopped mint before serving, as it gave a nice fresh colour. 5 Weight Watcher ProPoints per serving.
Yummy, thanks! Lovely flavour/colour/texture combinations. I tweaked it by adding asparagus (spears cut into thirds) after chopping the cauliflower. I toasted the pinenuts in a pan on the stove and added some garlic to the dressing. Definitely a keeper!
