Ingredients
Cheezy Sauce
- 150 grams raw or soaked cashews, substitute with sunflower seeds if nut allergies
- 1/2 brown onion
- 1 can coconut milk, 270mL AYAM
- 500 grams water
- 30 grams Yeast Flakes
- 10 grams celtic Salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 30 grams cornflour
- 2 cloves garlic, optional
Cauliflower
- 1 Large Head Cauliflower, Cut into florets and steamed

1. Preheat oven to 180C
2. Place onion & garlic into TM bowl 7 sec/speed 7.
3. Add cashews into TM bowl 10 sec/speed 9
4. Place remaining ingredients into TM bowl 15 sec/speed 5
5. Scrape down side of bowl and cook for 7 mins/90/speed 4.
1. Place Steamed Cauliflower florets into a baking dish
2. Pour over the "Cheezy Sauce"
3. Bake uncovered for 30 mins

Tip
You can sprinkle GF breadcrumbs and dried herbs of choice on top before baking.
