I made this last night to have with pulled pork ragu and it was delicious!!!

I halved the quantities as I was making this for just hubby and I, and I also encountered the issue with it boiling over when first heating the liquids. I noticed it also split the milk in this step, so next time I will be dropping the temp a little to see if that helps to stop the boil over, and I can just monitor the temp of the mixture to know when to add in the polenta.

Will definitely be trying this one again, but with adjust it to meet our needs.

    Delish!

I adjusted by lessening the time, only used 100g of Parmesan, and stirring through the butter and Parmesan a bit as it tended to sit on top.

Bring to boil, approximately 7 minutes....

    Cook approximately 10 minutes....

Add the grated parmesan cheese, and the butter (optional), then cook approximately 3 minutes... assist stirring with spatula

    Easy, creamy and delicious!
I made half quantity but should have set the timer for 7/8 mins for step 2, as it boiled over the lid at 9 mins. Perfect quantity for two and very tasty. 😋

Great, but be careful. A beautiful recipe so creamy and yum. However be careful the first step of the recipe boiled over! Now I’m trying to dry out the machine, so perhaps watch it carefully. But a great recipe overall.

Have updated recipe, step 2 now reads 'approximately 10 minutes' rather than initial 15 minutes (which did not boil over for me, but appears that has boiled over for some).

I only had 170g milk so I used it and made up the extra with coconut milk. It worked well! Had a nice taste!

I only cooked for 10 mins at step 2.

Yum! We'll be having it again!
