Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Prepped as per recipe, then added zucchini, carrots chopped roughly blitzed for 3 sec on speed 5. Shallow fried for breakfast then cooked 11 and froze layered.
Defrosted lightly in microwave and fried for second breakfast - even better than day one.
served with sour cream - yum!
Simple and delicious recipe - just what i wanted.
For my own notes for next time: I had to blitz the mix a little more and next time I'll cut the potato and onion into slightly smaller pieces as a couple of the larger pieces got stuck.
Yum! So good. I made them as per recipe and then made them again a few days later with zucchini, carrot & cheese added to the potato for extra vege, made the mixture go further and they turned out so delicious. Thanks for sharing x
Perfect. Used Speed 5 for 5 seconds.
made these this morning, I opted for a gluten-free flour. I blitzed the onion and potato on speed 5 for 5 secs and then squeezed the juice out before added all remaining ingredients and turned out perfect!! Thank you for sharing
