These are the bomb and make great gifts when popped in pretty jars
My husband ate half of what I made straight away and we've kept the rest for camping. Very easy. I used half almonds/half cashews.
Awesome! 👏👏 I did mine with Maple Syrup (as can't eat honey) and worked well.
fyi allow to cool right down on a tray (after the sugar mix) and they dry/firm up nicely for storage.

Followed recipe to the letter, disappointed in result..
Too sweet, caggy and unappetising
Very Moorish Nuts!
I have made these three times in the last two weeks (some as gifts as part of a hamper)and everyone raves about them.
Each time I have made them they have turned out a little different. The last lot I made, I popped in the oven and went out to give something to a neighbour and the oven timer had obviously gone off a while ago. They were very dark but still tasted great!
Thanks for a quick and easy recipe!
Made these for xmas gifts. Yummy!
Made these for Christmas gifts, just so good, so easy but dangerously moreish! Thanks for sharing, FABULOUS recipe
So good! I made them for my husband for Christmas, I have had a few 'test' pieces today. So good!!
This is a fantastic recipe. Have made many times. Will need to make a double batch as they are very morish. You can't stop at just one.
I love this recipe and make it often as a gift. I usually half the sugar and use 350g of almonds. And because I can be a little lazy at times, I just leave them in the oven for 15 minutes without turning them. In a sealed jar they last for weeks.
