Sauerkraut salad

  • 6 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley, leaves only
  • 2 spring onions/shallots, cut into pieces (approx. 3 cm)
  • 200 g carrots, cut into pieces (approx. 2 cm)
  • 200 g apples, cored and cut into pieces (approx. 3 cm)
  • 600 g Sauerkraut
  • 1 orange, juice only (optional)
  • 2 tsp Grapeseed Oil
  • 0.25 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place parsley and spring onions/shallots into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7.

  2. Add all remaining ingredients, except chia seeds and sunflower seeds, and chop 4 sec/speed 5. Transfer into a serving bowl and sprinkle with chia seeds and sunflower seeds to serve.
