Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 30 grams Evoo
  • 3 pieces lap cheong(Chinese Sausage), sliced diagonally
  • 45 grams ginger wine
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally
  • 500 grams cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 red chilli, finely sliced (with or without seeds)

    Method
  1. Place garlic in TM bowl and chop 6 sec/speed 6

    Add olive oil and cook 3 min/115 degrees (Varoma TM31)/speed 2

    Add Chinese sausage(lap chong) and cook 5 min/120 degrees (Varoma TM31)/reverse/speed 1

    Add ginger wine and cooked 2 min/120 degrees/ reverse/speed 1

    Add Carrots and cook 3 min/120 degrees (Varoma TM31) /reverse/speed 1

    Add cauliflower and chilli then cook 5 min/120 degrees (Varoma TM31) reverse/speed 1

    Transfer to Thermoserver. Serve with TM Steamed Rice and a main dish

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
