I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
chop cauliflower roughly and put into TM Bowl. Turbo pulse 2 to 3 times.
add water
cook for 12 minutes 100 degrees speed 1.
add cooking cream and salt and pepper.
30 seconds speed 7.
adjust seasoning to taste.

It was delicious
I used a little cream that I had rather than the Philly cooking cream. Paired it with osso buco and it was fantastic together!
We're doing dairy free so I added some coconut milk. Yum!
So easy and delicious, I used pure cream instead of Philadelphia. It stayed nice and hot in the thermoserver with some butter melting on top while preparing the rest of our meal. Thank you!

Very simple but delicious! I didn't have any cream so used a little milk and some blue vein cheese I had in the fridge. Yummy!
