Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Very nice soup. I made double. Forgot the potato and pepper but was stil super tasty and creamy.
This was really yummy, I added some sour cream at the end.
Very nice; will make this again. With white pepper next time!
OMG this is an amazing cauliflower soup! My new go to. It's so tasty!! I didn't have any stock paste left so used 2 cubes of continental vegetable stock instead. I also used 3 cloves of garlic 😋
I cooked this up tonight, adding some zucchini and cashew nuts and it tastes delicious. Quick and easy too.
Hearty, healthy and tasty

The speeds listed confused me, but then I realised that there should be a gap between the numbers as each step in the recipe also has a number. i.e sp52 should be so 5. Step 2. Hope this helps others.
What speeds as unclear
I am totally addicted to this soup. Sometimes I add a zucchini or some mushrooms though to change it up a bit
Wow! The kids complained when I said cauliflower soup but the eldest had seconds. All enjoyed it, yummy thanks
