- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 10 grams olive oil
- 10 grams Butter
- 350 grams cauliflower florets
- 350 grams broccoli florets
- 400 grams chicken stock
- 50 grams cream, ( Optional )

Chop onion and garlic, 3 secs speed 6.
Scrape down bowl.
Add butter, oil, salt and pepper.
Saute 6 mins, Varoma "Gentle stir setting" .
Scrape down bowl.
Add cauliflower and broccoli, chop 2 secs speed 6.
Scrape down bowl.
Saute 10 mins Varoma speed 1.
Add chicken stock.
Cook 10 mins 100 degrees speed 1.
Blitz 30 secs speed 9.
Add cream ( if using ) and mix 20 secs speed 4.

Nice simple soup thank you, didn't all the pepper after reading comments.
Yummy! I substituted the cauliflower for potato as I didn't have any on hand, and a tablespoon of veggie stock paste for the chicken stock. Turned out nice and thick and creamy
Nice texture soup however too peppery for our taste. Would only use half a teaspoon of white pepper next time.

Soup is delicious! I used coconut milk for the cream effect and everyone thought it was yummy!
