Ingredients
Chicken & Corn Soup - Gluten Free
- 1 cm Fresh Ginger - Peeled
- 20 g Tamari or Gluten Free Soy Sauce
- 500 g Diced Chicken Pieces (Breast or Thigh)
- 2 Kaffir lime leaves
- 2 Large Fresh Corn Cobs, Dekernel each cob, keeping corn pieces in 2 seperate bowls
- 2-3 tablespoon Chicken or Vege Stock Paste, Made in TM
- 1000 g water
- 1 package Gluten Free Udon Noodles

Place Ginger & one lot of the corn to the TM bowl and chop for 10 Seconds on Speed 9
Add all other ingredients except for noodles and cook on "Counter-clockwise operation" for 9 Minutes at 100 Degrees on Speed "Gentle stir setting"
Add Noodles and continue to cook on "Counter-clockwise operation" for another 6 minutes at 100 Degrees on Speed "Gentle stir setting"

Tip
2-3 shoots of Shallots can be used instead of Kaffir Lime Leaves if you prefer
