- 1 onion, Cut in half
- 2 centimetre ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 chilli, Optional
- 2 stalks Celery, Cut into pieces
- 2 carrots, Cut into pieces
- 20 grams oil
- 500 grams chicken, Cut into cubes
- 600 grams water
- 1 can coconut cream, 400g tin
- 1-2 tablespoons Veg Stock Paste
- 1 Corn on cob, Or small tin corn
- 2 portions noodles, Long life

Place onion, garlic, ginger, chilli (with or without seeds) carrot and celery into bowl and chop for 4 seconds on speed 7
Place oil in bowl and cook for 4 minutes at 100°C on speed 1
Add chicken, water, stock concentrate and cook for 10 minutes at 100°C on reverse soft speed
Cut kernels off corn if using fresh corn, or drain can and add to bowl with noodles (break up noodles before adding) and coconut cream. Cook for a further 10 minutes at 100°C on reverse soft speed
Serve topped with chives or chopped parsley.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
