Ingredients
Soup
- 1 med carrot, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 stick Celery, chopped
- 375 grams potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 500 grams chicken stock
- 1 corn cob, (or small can of corn), corn niblets cut from core
- 300 grams Seafood marinara mix
- 100 mls Cooking cream
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Salt & pepper to taste

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Place carrot, celery and potatoes in "Closed lid" .
2. Chop sp 4 /15 seconds.
3. Add corn niblets and stock and set to Varoma / sp1 / 15 minutes
4. Scoop out 1/2 veggies and set aside, then blend remainder sp 4.5 / 15 seconds, until smooth.
5. Return set aside veggies, seafood, cream and chives to bowl.
6. Cook 100C sp "Gentle stir setting" / 5 minutes or until seafood is cooked.
7. Season to taste, sprinkle with extra chives and a squeeze of lemon, if desired.

Nice, simple and quick soup for a busy weeknight. I felt the finished product needed a bit of a flavour boost, so I added a little grated cheddar and lots of fresh parsley. Yum, thanks for sharing!
