Recipe's preparation

  1. Onion, garlic and ginger  Closed lid4sec./speed 5 (if its too big peaces push everything down and repeat process)

    Add sesaem oil 2 min./Varoma/counter-clockwise operation/Gentle stir setting

    Add rice, curry powder, chicken broth, pineapple juice and chili powder 10 min./90°/counter-clockwise operation/speed 1

    Add chicken, salt & Pepper  10 min./90 °/counter-clockwise operation/Speed 1

    Add cooking cream 5 min./90°/counter-clockwise operation/Speed 1

    Last but not least add fresh chopped coriander and enjoy

    Wow, this is packed full of flavor, it has left our family wanting more, I agree with a couple others, 100grms of rice is a good thing, the biggest issue with this meal is that we all wanted more, thanks for sharing.

    I loved it. I started with a dry chili at the first step and cut the temperature back to 75 for cooking of the chicken. The meat was completely cooked but remained tender. Next time I will double the rice.

    I used more stock rather than the pineapple juice. But yummo!
