Tip

This is a recipe loosely thrown together using the base ingredients of various soups i cook. Feel free to use whatever veggies you have on hand or omit them for the kids who don't eat them. You can use Vegetable stock in place of the chicken stock paste.

You don't have to add the sweet chilli and soy, but we really like it like that

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

I made this today and it's delicious! I used chicken tenderloins instead, and pastina instead of angel hair pasta. Thank you

Beautiful! I made it exactly as stated but used chicken thighs. I also didn't shred the chicken. Thanks for sharing🥰

Cooked this exactly as per recipe except added some celery because I think every chicken soup needs celery. I didn't use chilli sauce but subbed in some oyster sauce.
It smelt just divine as it was cooking and lived up to its name.
This one is going into my favourites folder.

This is very tasty and easy...Thanks! My hubby was surprised at how filling and flavourful it was. I added a fresh chilli with ginger and used pre-soaked rice noodles.
