Are you using canned lentils and chickpeas?
I must say that on the day of making this soup I didn't like it at all. I felt there was way too much cinnamon. However, eating it the next day for lunch, really surprised me. It tasted delicious. Definitely make ahead if you can and the lemon added at the end is a must!
This was really good. I just guessed how much lamb - I used 500g, however the Thermomix was over the maximum line, so probably could have used less. Squeezing lemon over the serves to serve and sprinkling with coriander was a hit. The best soup I have ever had!
How much lamb?
I think you forgot the lamb pieces haha or I'm going crazy. I'd love to give the recipe a try
