Ingredients
- 2-3 pieces Osso Bucco
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 leek
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1/2 celery stalk, diced
- 1 tomato, cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 litre TM Beef Stock or TM Veg Stock
- 100 gram Mini pasta shells or pasta of choice

Brown Osso Bucco pieces in a heavy based frying pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Set aside.
2. Place garlic, leek and olive oil in TM bowl and chop for 4 seconds on speed 6.
3. Add celery and carrot and saute for 5 minutes on Varoma temperature, "Counter-clockwise operation" , speed 1
4. Strip meat from bone and add to TM bowl along with sauted ingredients, stock, tomato, paprika and cook for 20 minutes at 100C "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting"
5. Add pasta and cook for a further 10 minutes at 100C, "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting" . Broccoli can be added with 2 minutes cooking time remaining.
Serve with freshly baked bread rolls

A Hearty Winter Soup
A great, easy and tasty soup. I was a bit confused when it instructed me to add the broccoli when broccoli wasn't even mentioned in the ingredients' list. I had some and did add it but I don't think it needs it and might leave it out next time.
Everyone in my family enjoyed this soup along with some crusty homemade baguettes.
