- 1/3 tsp curry powder
- 900 grams pumpkin flesh, chopped in 1.5cm peices
- 100 grams leek, sliced
- 2 tsp Himalayan salt
- 3/4 tsp freshly ground pepper, or to taste
- 100 grams coconut cream, full fat

Place oil and curry powder into bowl saute 1 min/90 degree/sp 1
Add pumpkin, leek, salt, pepper and water to just the max line.
Remove MC and cook for 20 mins/100 degrees/sp 2
Pour in coconut cream. Place on MC and blend soup gradually increasing speed from speed 4 to speed 9 for 1 min/sp 9
